Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud, providing homebound individuals with nutritious meals and daily contact with caring volunteers for over 55 years in Southern Larimer County, is thrilled to announce an exciting event, Main Street Wheels 4 Meals Car Show. This free and family-friendly event will occur on Saturday, July 22, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Main Street Car Care & Quick Lube in Berthoud (1001 Mountain Ave. This car show event aims to raise funds for the programs and services provided by Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud. Their meals and daily visits provide essential support to the elderly and homebound individuals in the Loveland and Berthoud communities and surrounding areas.

Main Street Wheels 4 Meals promises to be a day filled with classic cars, family fun and an opportunity to rally together for a great cause. Attendees will have the chance to marvel at an impressive display of vintage automobiles, muscle cars, custom rides and more. Car enthusiasts and community members of all ages are invited to come and appreciate the automotive craftsmanship on display. Attendees will also have the opportunity to vote for the “People’s Choice” winner with donation dollars.

In addition to the stunning cars, the event will offer various activities and attractions — ensuring something for everyone to enjoy. Highlights of the day will include:
1. Car show competition: Owners of exceptional vehicles will have the chance to showcase their pride and joy in a friendly competition with trophies awarded in various categories.
2. Family entertainment: Attendees can delight in the music and show provided by Cruisin’ Productions and DJ “Cruisin’ Dave.” There will be trivia, games and prizes to win.
3. Raffle and silent auction: An array of valuable prizes, generously donated by local businesses and community members will be up for grabs. Participants can try their luck in the 50/50 game or bid on exclusive items in the silent auction, knowing that their contributions will directly benefit Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud.
4. Food and Refreshments: Angry Hippie Tacos Food Truck will be on hand, offering options from their delicious menu. There will also be a beer and beverage tent for guests to purchase from.

Admission to the event is free, and donations are encouraged and greatly appreciated. All funds raised during Wheels 4 Meals will be directed toward sustaining and enhancing the invaluable programs of Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud.
