The Town of Berthoud’s Historic Preservation Committee is pleased to invite the community to its Historic Preservation Information event on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at the Berthoud Community Center, 248 Welch Ave., from 1 – 3 p.m.

Historic Preservation how-to tips and activities

During the event, History Colorado representatives will present information about State tax incentives and grants. Attendees will also learn about the process first-hand from those whose homes have landmark designation, take a historic walking tour of Welch Avenue, and enjoy an architectural scavenger hunt in the Historic Commercial District.
